I hope the guy who led the charge is happy with himself. he just ruined the final act of a great trilogy. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 was probably going to be one the greatest Marvel movies ever. but now it might just be a generic average film that people won't really remember, 50 years from now

why couldn't he wait and put this out AFTER Guardians 3 was made?

The dude seems like a fucking douche, but this kinda scares me. The comments were made before he was signed on to do Guardians of the Galaxy.

There are things I've said online that I wouldn't want getting back to me. Some of my comments from the 2000s and early 2010s might come across as casually racist or sexist. And there are a lot of things which aren't seen as acceptable subjects for humor that were standard fare a decade ago.

In a way, it's sort of the new McCarthyism. "Are you now, or have you ever been, a member of the communist party?"

If you follow his Instagram or anything like that the dude seemed to LOVE working on GOTG. He talked and posts pics from the first two constantly, as if he was filming it right now.

I never want to see someone get fired, especially when marvel has had this streak of hiring all the perfect people.

But on the flip side GOTG 2 got to be just...to lo much. Ill defend the quips in literally any other movie but that shit got to be ridiculous. Maybe because so much of it was forced and not the least bit funny...just felt to me like Gunn went too far up his own ass on that one and the movie suffered a little bit still...for all the good it did I cant fault it that much
