it tasted like ammonia, so that was fun

so after that purge, I'm frying up some pierogis. cheddar, bacon, sour cream ones.

Ugh...Have to be careful where you buy it from and what you buy.
Like...i get salmon from the seafood section of the grocery store all the time, but one time he wasn't around, so I grabbed the pre-packaged salmon and had an experience like yours. Threw out like $20 of salmon :(

I asked next week and the guy there claimed it's the same salmon, same source for both what's behind the counter and pre-packaged, but no fucking way... Never had a problem w/ the fillets behind the counter.

Didnt expect this to be about the thickness on the two ends. My problem with fish in general is how easily it can flake on the grill (although I did actually grill some salmon last night and it turned out perfectly).

A lot of storebought fish is getting really bad. Even the wildcaught stuff.

I cant even eat tilapia anymore because I can literally taste the plastic in the fish meat

Leave the skin on, it'll make it easier to grill. And the skin has most of the Omega 3, so make sure you eat it too.
