Ugh...Have to be careful where you buy it from and what you buy. Like...i get salmon from the seafood section of the grocery store all the time, but one time he wasn't around, so I grabbed the pre-packaged salmon and had an experience like yours. Threw out like $20 of salmon :( I asked next week and the guy there claimed it's the same salmon, same source for both what's behind the counter and pre-packaged, but no fucking way...
