It's probably all bolted down.

that "grandpa" is hank pym the original antman, and in the comics he is one of the founding members of the avengers, along with his wife. in fact his wife is the one who comes up with the name for the group. they were supposed to be in phase 1 and be in the first Avengers movie but it kept getting delayed and he wasn't able to join the team at the time. and then they decided to make him old and use a different antman. he also is the one who built Ultron in the comics. that was another change. the original plan was to have a YOUNG Hank Pym in the MCU. and Scott Lang would not even exist. in the comics he is the same age as most of the avengers and not an old man

Microfluidics make the entire concept of Ant-Man impossible, even if you could conceivably shrink someone. Guess the whole movie is ruined

Nothing about the quantum realm made sense.

I don't care though.

Yes, we know it's the original Ant-Man. He's also the original Ant-Man in the movie.

I don't get why you act like you're the only one that reads comics or something and have to give us a history lesson everytime on the differences with the MCU.

its because TC called him "grandpa". you might have understood but I dont think TC did. he was being dismissive about hank like he was just some minor figure in the story and I was pointing out he is far from minor and was supposed to be a huge person in the MCU. sorry if it bugs you

I was interested in how Scott played into the MCU, since I figured Pym was the main one, so I appreciated the info

He also beat his wife once because of a misunderstanding between the writer and artist.

But him being Hank has nothing to do with the comics. It's explained in both movies and shown in the first scene of this movie. That's the TC's problem in paying attention to the movie. It's not like you have to know the comics to understand that "grandpa" is Hank.

The reason I called you out is because you do this in every comic topic and have looked down on people as if you're the only one that has ever read the comics.

Kinda. I would say creating Ultron defined him more besides being Ant-man, Giant-Man, Yellow-Jacket.

Ultimate Hank Pym is the true domestic abuser. Which brought the originals slap back to the forefront. Its not good but its not the end of the world people make it out to be.
