20 y/o Ohio Ho, AJ Ball who works as a cashier at Mr Zub's Deli was so fed up with an african american female customer that she got the last wordd by flashing her pidgeon chested BREASTS to her and said "That's my t** b****"!!

The fight occurred at closing timee and was captured by a customer as it's unclear what started the argument but it begins with the female cashier telling the female customer that she wouldn't be getting her money back as the customer said she tok her food away and THREW IT

The customer's companion asked her for money back and demanded her food be returned by the young cashier is losing her patience and tells people to "get the f*** o ut. Everybody get the f*** out"

When the customer refuses to leave until she got her money back, the cashier walks back and says "Take your f****** money and get the f*** out" and then waves 2 middle fingers to the camera!!

The customer said "Ok, this is customer service." and the girl replies "You can literally eat my a******. You can eat my a*****. Get the f*** out"

Then a male employee backs her up and said "You gotta go" but not before the girl then says "I hope you get f***** views b****. Get the f*** out"

The customer then says "This cashier is weird as f***" and that's when the cashier lifts up her shirt with no bra on and said "That's my t** b****"

It happened in February but a reddit usr who knows the girl said that she's a full-time college student in the middle of midterms and was working at a restaurant and had just finished her last shift of the week and was DRINKING when she was asked to work to cover another employee.

She has since been fired from her job and even started a GOFUNDME page before it was shut down as she aked for donations while looking for another job.

But restaurant workers are calling her a HERO because of similar situations they had to endure with difficult customers and wished they could have done the SAME..

She got even got a FREE TATTOO from a tattoo artist who wrote an escription on her arm...

Do you think this girl is weird as f***?

Dailymail didn't do a good job of censoring her breasts so watch the youtube instead :)

After some digging, it also appears she's a LESBIAN LIBERTARIAN who supports the LGBT movement but is a fiscal conservative

Because there's no clarification as to what started the argument. Only that a group of female customers were irate about something, and that they had been bitching at this minimum-wage employee for several minutes already. And the customers were asked to leave repeatedly by both the cashier and her manager, who had then threatened to call the cops.

However, anybody who has worked food service or retail for any length of time can emphasize with a situation involving difficult customers. Those are industries that can give you a lifetime of crazy stories.

I think it's meant to be like mooning them. Keep in mind that she was doing this to women so there's likely no sexual attraction going on. Without the attraction, it's just an obscene gesture.

If you've ever dealt with the public in your job, you kno there are times when telling a customer to "go eat your a$$" is completely justified. Since the other guy was backing her up, there's clearly more to this story so I'm siding with the weird flasher girl because the customer is always wrong.

Not 100% sure that either is really the case. Accepting returns is usually somewhat discretionary in most businesses and the nature of the food service industry further adds to those conditions. If they gave them money and got nothing in return, then sure, that's theft.

In this case, they purchased and received a product then tried to give it back and apparently said something along the lines of "I don't want it" (with one of her friends suggesting that it be thrown out). As soon as she handed the product back and said "I don't want it," that can be reasonably construed as ceding ownership. That doesn't create a legal obligation to give back money.

The grey area here depends on the nature of the complaint. If they received a completely different order (ie, a salad instead of a hamburger), they didn't get what they paid for (and it's doubly an issue if what they received was cheaper than what they ordered). If it's not done to spec or otherwise has an error, that's not theft (ie, a criminal matter), that's a civil matter. Given the context of the story, it's more likely a matter of things not being done to spec.

It was never actually shown them getting the money back. They denied their money back at first even if they did give it back. If they had just left it would have been up for a lawsuit.
