I don't really want to be pressured into using silly looking accessories because they make my character better. I have equipped a couple of them, but mostly pretend they don't exist.

They got it right with the sacred seals. Boosts with no aesthetic change. They really need to make it easier to switch them though. We have so many that it has become clunky to work through

this was a weird week for arena for me. four 704-706 matches in a row i passed on, then four 714-16s that i accepted. finally ending with a 710, which was my threshold in the first place. this was my first time seeing anything above 712, coinciding with my first time using Marth, who's up to +5 now after all that red summoning. i'll be needing him for the new way Arena will operate (when is that changing, again?).

it'd be nice to have something like that, like maybe switching teams automatically switches your seal loadout. i don't think that exact thing you suggested would work due to modes like AA and CC. though now that i think about it, would it really be so bad if we could re-use seals in different teams for those modes? allowing both that and just being able to change seals/skills between rounds in general would go a long way toword making AA less annoying.

Its very frustrating they havent given us a way to sort SSes still. Just organizing them by almost alphabetical will help a lot.

Im getting tired of getting the non +Atk or Spd Squad Seals. Would be better for them to start giving out the free TT units or something

Yeah. I've lost a lot of faith in the game with this mode. Like other new content always felt like they at least had a decent idea but the execution needed refining.

This is like... are they even trying? It's not really a new game mode at all and the "new rewards" are so half assed that I don't care about em at all and I'm the target audience who wanted and was excited for the idea of support conversations in the game

Disagree pretty strongly, this is much closer to what I want new content to be. Rival Domains is terrible and Tap Battle is fun enough but not really FE. I'm fine with standard FEH gameplay (which, y'know, is good - that's why I'm playing) with support conversations. I'd probably be more excited if I cared about the characters involved this time but that's fine.

imo, it has some good ideas but the execution is really clunky. The level of randomness involved is just so excessive, and the stamina cost is too high for the rewards it gives out. But I actually like the actual support conversations (especially the group ones) so I'm OK with seeing it more. It would be nice if the gameplay of the matches were even slightly different, though.

Fire Emblem Heroes at its best has good gameplay. This mode even at the highest difficulty is 100% mindless grinding though. It'd be like if Tempest Trials's highest difficulty was hard.

And uh maybe they get better later but through most of the Bs and they're still painfully boring so faith is dwindling

Over the past month I've learned something about myself(Well, more like confirmed).

I have a serious spending problem.

Not actual money thankfully, but after burning those orbs on Summer Tana/Elise(Still worth it), I found myself no longer in my hoarding mentality. I ended up burning all my orbs on the Sketchy Summer banner... despite the fact that I didn't seriously want any of those units(Tiki's cute but I don't really use dragons).

It's hard for me to save up, both real money and fictional currency. I just feel the need to spend spend spend once I have something.

I took a bit of a hit chasing Camilla and Hinoka, but I'm just about back to my orb high count. I found it a lot harder to save early on, but it's pretty easy now.

Grima is nice for fodder, but armors don't interest me much and I'm not a fan of the artwork. I wouldn't be surprised to see him show up on the next hero fest banner

I was hoping that would be the case, so I'm glad to see that. Still will probably be a while before I can consistently stay in tier 20 since I need to work on more merges. Whale tier is bleh

It's been so long since we got a boost to the number of teams we can create that I thought we weren't going to get one, so this will finally allow me to basically not have to replace teams back-and-forth. No HM cap boost is a bummer

i mean i guess i'm actually better off than most people for that, since i'm already merging Marth and could switch to Dark Breath on Corrin. i could make a +9 Serra for my third with the pain/savage/dazzling combo, or maybe Olivia for the dancing utility instead of one of the other 3.

Well the idea would be just the units you actually use a lot would get a boost without major work. Increasing the HM limit right now it's like... a few thousand more feathers. Like you're never going to harvest all the HM feathers out there as it is so increasing the limit has very marginal value at this point.

I currently have 2000 Olivia, 1700 Sumia, 800 Maribelle, 600 Libra. Keeping in mind I got about 1200 of Olivia's with an increased Sumia drop chance, I think I'm going to thoroughly hate this mode when all is said and done.

The reason I know this by the way is because I started this session at around 800 Olivia Sumia 500 Maribelle 300 Libra 300 and said I'd run it until Sumia who was around 500 at the time passed her or everyone reached 800

Now we stand, several stamina potions later at Olivia 2470 Sumia 2247 Maribelle 1446 and Libra at 771 and I've tapped out. I'm going to exclusively run Libra boosts from now on in hopes of this not making me completely hate myself when Olivia and Sumia are capped.

You stop getting a colour after it caps. So if you cap everyone else, you'll exclusively get Libra points. If you plan to go for 3500 on everyone, the colour of the drops doesn't matter. You just need 14000 points total.

I think Titania is actually pretty interesting as a unit that is capable of triple Tactics buffs. She can make Infantry Blade tomes shine and help buff bonus units to feed kills to. She's a unit that I feel like I might want to try someday but will probably never actually get around to.

Blue: Legendary Lucina, Azura, Ishtar
Green: Winter Lissa, Valentine Lilina, Legendary Lyn
Colorless: Brave Lyn, F!Grima, Bownoka

Green is tempting for Lissa and Lyn alts, but knowing my luck I'll get the one unit I don't really care about.

Colorless looks pretty nice, although it's still colorless.

I'm not personally interested in red, but all three units look strong.

Blue.... I think Azura is supposed to be the dud in the three oddly enough.

Also I really ****ing hope the community doesn't bitch more about this than the arena changes.
