Hell it sounds like the bloody and bruised part is completely made up too. Both of them were blackout drunk neither really couldve consented in the first place so even if they did have sex...would it even be considered rape if both were that badly drunk? But no DNA evidence or evidence of violence...and the whole stalker thing...its pretty clear she has some strong ass and unjustified malice. Best case scenario she just has some kind of serious mental illness that causes her to have delusions. Worst case is she just fucking hates him and took the opportunity of some flimsy circumstantial evidence and the #MeToo wave to ruin his life.
