Particularly faces... lighting and shadowing looks extremely blocky.
Dialogue also seems to pause for like a quarter of a second every now and then. Did this not download properly or something? The textures are all pseudo-low-resolution, but it's supposed to look artistically blurry up close, not pixellated.
Are you sure you got a brand new console as a replacement? AFAIK, it's far more common for them to refurbish consoles sent for repair and then send them out again to replace the next broken one that comes in. --- The shattered stage is set and there's a role you must fulfil ... Copied to Clipboard!

Wasn't it made for current gen hardware and ported to the previous gen stuff? If so, a lot of those games have technical/performance issues on the older hardware.
