If it's mostly battle worth then just rank the final evo because it's going to be the best one anyway. Although I will say it was really really close with Hakamo-o It was not howver remotely close with Kummo-o, the worst Psudo Legendary there has ever been. Dragon fighting is a stupid typing. Pretty sure it and its preevolution are the first ever Pokmon to be introduced mid generation (as in not even exist in coding for earlier games). And man, if this is the first... keep them the fuck away. His previous form is so much better, but not a Dragon. This guy would not be here with the dregs of Dragondom if they JUST would have not made the stinger three times the size of his dragon body. His dragon top actually has a pretty sleek and appealing design. But alas.... the dragon designer in gen 7 was on crack...
