Police are on the search for 30 y/o Heifer, Nicole Jackson who is currently free on bail for sexual battery in a position of trust and 16 y/o Oscar O'Neal..the teen she's having SEX with!!

The teacher and student ran away together and were seen in a dark blue Chevy Impala.

Oscar's father plead with the public for his son's safe return home. He said "If u see my son please contact me or my wife Lisa Oneal. We got the police involved. His nickame is Lil Pooh but his real name is Oscar Oneal". He also goes by the name Pooh Gotti

Nicole resigned from her post at Earl Travillion Attendance Centre and turned herself in on April 10th but was out on 10,000 bail

She's worked at the district for several years and was apparently married with at least one child...the age of consent in Mississippi is 16 but state law prohibits a person in a position of autohrity, including teacher with students under 18

16 as long as you're 16 or older. Some weird shit about people under 16 with other people under 16 but it doesn't apply to me so I've never looked into it.

idk, while the concept of AoC has some value, any number they pick is kinda silly and arbitrary (given that physical development is inconsistent and emotional development partly relies on life experience). That said, it makes even less sense that we set it higher than the rest of the developed world. It should be more consistent.

I feel like the higher you set it, the more likely you are to err on that side of caution and will see more mature people than you would if it was less. I know that age and maturity are rarely connected these days, but it still ups the chance. Even if we were to overlook what I've already said, I still think it's weird that an adult could be dating a high schooler, even if they were 18.

Google says 17 for Texas. 14 so long as the age difference is 3 years or less apparently as well. Some of my class broke the law it would seem oh the humanity.

If both parties want it i cant say i really care how old they are.

I was going to say this myself, as this is where I currently live. Also, in Maryland, my home state, it's 16. Though in the military, regardless of state, it's 18...

Apparently, something I found interesting was some states have defferent AoC for men and women...
