Some moe can be art and most can be trash for instance. Durarara isnt BAD but at best its a 7/10 opposed to the fanbase which presents it as a 9/10 if not perfect score. It has also aged terribly. Its a fad anime that had a lot of network/merch support at a time when your average anime watcher in the US was a brooding outcast teen.
