Tide Pods would get my second vote. Again, there are some good ones out there. However, it gets knocked down a notch because the whole meme started because of a stupid and dangerous "trend". Ugandan Knuckles is one of my least favorite memes ever. I have no idea why people find it enjoyable. I didn't realize Globglogabgalab was becoming a thing again. I remember it from years ago. The Onion released an article a couple years ago (before it became a meme) about how the editor was finally going to bite into one of those delicious looking pods...but they didn't, of course. A year or two later, one of those comedy video/news sites (I believe it was College Humor) released a video, again joking about eating Tide Pods. Then, at the end of 2017, some teens on YouTube began actually eating Tide Pods...because video views are super important and personal health is not. It was only after this that the Tide Pod memes went full force. A year or two later, one of those comedy video/news sites (I believe it was College Humor) released a video, again joking about eating Tide Pods. Then, at the end of 2017, some teens on YouTube began actually eating Tide Pods...because video views are super important and personal health is not. It was only after this that the Tide Pod memes went full force. So, I consider it to be a bad trend that started the memes...but it was technically a string of sad occurrences (children eating Tide Pods) that started it all...with a couple joke articles/videos in between. It was collegehumor. Recently, they also did another video about the "Tide CEO" talking tonise about not eating at the stuff.
