It's a billboard for the Electric Blue Cafe in Tolland that shows 2 heifers. Town Manager Steven Webner says that several people and communters complained as men have been distracted by it causing some reckless accidents. He's aware of their First Amendment rights and knew he probably could not force them to take it down so he wrote to Ken Denning and politely asked him to.. Denning said he has a good relationship with the town and doesn't want any trouble so he agreed to remove it.. But Public Relations Director Katrina Kulakova was unapologetic stating it's just girls in bathing suits and didn't see any nudity there so she doesn't understand why people are so uptight. But Ursula Meyer said that a lot of men have trouble focusing on the road with that bigass board and that it was TOO MUCH in your face and has a christian women she'd doesn't want to tourists to see that they have these things in their city Katrina said "Honey, some men get distracted by anything okay. I legitimately am on 84 and drive by that exit every Saturday and Sunday twice. Never noticed it, but I noticed their older signs.
