If my girlfriend's phone breaks, she will use another phone to tell me how long until she gets a new phone. And she does this asap within a matter of hours if she can, sometimes a day if it breaks at night because places are closed. She uses a phone from either her family or her close friends to tell me what happened. It's only happened three times so far though, but we never go a whole day without talking to each other.

If a girl is really into you, she will not wait a whole week to fix her phone and continue a conversation. Girls and phones are peanut butter with jelly. And if it took a whole week for her to start messaging you again, that should prove to you that A). you are one of her lower priorities, and B). you are being catfished and baited with someone else's pictures by a stranger.
