I have noticed this as well. They post in the same topics (girls/women, Dragon Ball Z, Nintendo, etc), have similar signatures and sentence structure/grammar for typing, and this one only pops out when Tadamoto is MIA. The gaps between posts are fairly large as well, check out the post history and the names of some topic titles.
