I'm guessing the story will be about invaders trying to take Wakanda's resources/land for themselves after they go public. Disney was willing to let Fox extend their rights on Daredevil back in the day in exchange for Galactus but Fox passed. While Galactus is definitely a great "end boss", I can't see how you build up to the final confrontation for so long. I think he plays a role very similarly to Ultron. A giant threat that requires the whole team, but not one that needs more than one (or maybe a small number) of movies. Doom, on the other hand, is also a giant threat, but he's a planner, a local, resourceful. Many encounters can be had leading up to a confrontation, and many confrontations can be had before he gets defeated. I think he fits the "next Thanos" role a lot better. --- Boom!
