I've been doing tech support/networking for a little while now... Dude at one of my job's ISPs is trying to tell me that the modem rebooting on its own is normal behavior.

I have little patience when it comes ISP tech support at home or my job. It's like all of them make it their mission to put fault on my end and it infuriates me.
