Hell yeah, and I still am.
I started just getting drunk before speeches in college and that helped a ton. Don't know if the speech was any better, but at least I wasn't nervous about it. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Nah not in the slightest. Public speaking is awesome.

Nah, public speaking has always been easy for me. The only time I've ever been nervous to speak in front of a crowd was giving the best man speech at my brother's wedding. It went fantastic, and I had people for weeks telling me how great my speech was. But damn if I wasn't nervous as hell. Mostly because it wasn't about me for once, and I really didn't want to ruin my brother's big day.
