There's some fat guys I work with that basically drive to work, park right in front, literally sit at their desk all day not even getting up for lunch (they eat big plates of pasta at their desk for lunch), stay there from 8-6 like that then drive home, rinse and repeat. Once we went for a 5 minute walk down to a restaurant near the office and one of the guys remarked how good it felt to 'get some exercise'. Makes you wonder.

I agree 98% of the time. My girlfriend's mom is one of the few exceptions I've seen, where she had a legitimate thyroid problem. Went from around 250 lbs before the medication to under 140 lbs after a couple of years and she has maintained the weight ever since. No dieting used, and her increased physical activity was not put towards weight lifting or running.

Overrated. You can totally enjoy life with that. And attractiveness is subjective. Plus not everyone wants to be, or wants to focus on sex-ing people

It's too stressful to focus on working hard to be fit and attractive so I just choose not to

People should also try to see the big picture (lol) and try to understand the causes and such that leads to so many becoming fat. Only shaming and blaming won't work. Parents should do better job on not to raise their kids with junk food and schools should serve healthy food as well. There is big epidemic of junk food culture spreading everywhere. Sure, you can tell them just not to eat that, but when you have done so since you were kid its not so easy. Then there's also the actual addiction to sugar and junk food.
