We've never seen Kylo and Rey in their primes though. -Obi-Wan is the best defensive duelist maybe ever. -Vader in his prime was during his Mustafar duel with Obi-Wan. As far as canon goes this has to be following Return of the Jedi but we never truly see his lightsaber skills so it's hard to say. -Yoda is Yoda. He could win in almost any scenario.
