Obi vs Ani fight in ep3 was Vader's prime and Vader lost. He also killed Maul.
Luke was never great with a saber, Yoda was never much of a fighter, Kylo Ren is too conflicted in the force, and Rey has not been extensively trained with a lightsaber yet.

-Obi-Wan is the best defensive duelist maybe ever.

Maul easily. Dude fought a Jedi Master and a Padawan with the skills of a Knight, killed the Master, and if he didn't decide to randomly gloat, would've killed the other as well.

I seriously forgot. I haven't watched 2 or 3 since their release dates. And I don't even know why this windu guy is good. What does he do that makes him good? I'm not a huge star wars fan.

Out of those, Maul or Obi-Wan. Maul's style has advantage in a free-for-all, but Obi-Wan is considered to be an extremely skilled duelist, second only to Mace.
