Yeah the Junon weapon scene was pretty awesome. Im also quite fond of the part where shinra is trying to blow up the plate over top of the slums.

I like midgar the best

Truth be told, considering they will be ruining the battle system I'm sure, a hugely expanded midgar would probably be the only way I'd enjoy the ffvii remake when it comes out in x years

Hell, make the first game in the remake cycle an 80-100 hour midgar and I'd be happy :p

It's not a side quest if it's mandatory.

Whole game is great.

In particular though, I think Cloud and Tifa in the lifestream, reassembling Clouds broken mind was really well done.

Midgar is the best, ok? It's like a whole world, ok?

And then he smells crime again, he's out busting heads with a buster sword. Then he's back to the airship for some more full penetration. Smells crime. Back to the airship, full penetration. Crime. Penetration. Crime. Full penetration. Crime. Penetration. And this goes on and on and back and forth for 40 or so hours until the game just sort of ends.
