I don't know, this could be taken in different ways. If you're talking about strictly with sliced bread then I'd say sourdough. I'd rather have sandwiches on rolls, though, in which case I guess I'd say white? I don't usually think of rolls as being "white bread", but I guess they are usually either that or wheat. I think sliced white bread is awful though, especially if it's like Wonder bread

Honestly... Subway bread.

Totally depends on the sandwich.

You want a soft white or Italian for peanut butter and jelly. Lots of meats work great with seeded rye or pumpernickel. Other savories are delicious with sourdough. Whole wheat with nuts makes for a hearty sandwich. Really a huge variety to choose from.

I generally eat white bread. but potato bread and honey wheat are just as good imo. I used to think I hated whole wheat and I kinda still do but now I realize its just the crust I hate.

The cheese bread you get at Subway. I forget what it's called but I always just say "Cheese bread" when they ask what bread I want.
