it means i have to go in and see them to get a refill. i had made these requests online, as i have for the past year. but despite the fact that i am now out of the meds, they are suggesting i go through the long process of setting up an appointment before they refill them, for no reason other than the fact that they make a lot of money on simple visits where no actual tests are run. to make matters worse, i have bad anxiety and can only see one doctor, and he's only there like two days out of the week and i'm super busy for the next two months
