Eddv 10/18/17 12:30:24 PM #352:	Theres a long standing historical military tradition of saying like "Im not disobeying BUT these orders are crap and I want you to revisit the logic behind them before i execute them" I dont know for certain that its still around but my understanding is that being a general or colonel or whatever that high up carried with it the ability to legally mold policy even in spite of orders.
