10 bil is more then enough to stay in luxury hotels in every city i go to. also i can go to the same 12 cities every year given these rules. like go to 12 different large cities over the course of the year, then once january rolls around i go back to the first one and do the same ones again.

seems like it'd be pretty easy to do honestly.

If I wanted to be a hedonistic mess I wouldn't need to be magically gifted ten billion dollars to do that.

With a kid, you'll be ringing in the new year at 10PM and asleep by 1030 because you don't want to wake the kids up. If you're lucky, you might get a glass of champagne.

First, you can trade timeshares, so even if you can't return to one, you can trade it for a different location every year after that.

With 10 bill though, you wouldn't need to worry about it, just buy a time share, then sell it off (you hire someone to do that obviously), and get the next one, and have them all lined up ahead of time (a good year in advance).

You can't own a home, but what about a cruise ship? You could use a commercial one initially till you have your own (much smaller) one built just for you. Large enough for you to live VERY comfortably, and have room for say up to 100 friends to stay with you as needed. Fully crewed with chefs, maids etc, and able to sale from port to port forever.

You could build that easily for under 1 bill.

No real downside here, you have enough money to more then make up for it, and honestly with that much money, why would you stay any one place?

That's fine. Banging sluts is really fun but being in a quality relationship is a lot more fulfilling and kids are inevitably part of that in my mind. I work with kids in my current job and its really rewarding to help shape the life of another human being. Eventually I'd like to have my shot at being one of the truly primary figures in up to three children's lives.

I mean don't get me wrong, I'm okay with the occasional $100 hotel since I only make $55k a year, but I think I'd be willing to shell out a bit more for a nicer hotel - $100 doesn't really inspire too much confidence

I've only been in expensive hotels on my parents dime so I wasn't actually sure how much they cost. I tend to stay in cheap motels for $40-$60 a night when I'm paying for it myself so I just doubled it.

$300 min a night I'd say. Which is only about $9k a month or about 100k a year.

Your interest would easily pay for that.

Honestly if you wanted you could have a home set to your specifications built ahead of time every month, and just move from one to another, then sell them off (for a profit) after your done with them. Would let you have some form of consistency for you and your family.

Even if you have kids you could easily afford to pay to have all his classmates move with you (the children of your staff, chefs, maids, butlers etc) as well.

When your talking about multiple billions pretty much anything is possible.
