A witness captured the incident by cellphone earlier this week at a Walmart in Novi, Mich. Police said two women from Farmington Hills and a mother and daughter from South Lyon were shopping for school supplies when they reached for the last notebook on the shelf at the same time, according to local media reports. Video shows the South Lyon mother, 51, pulling a gun on the two Farmington Hills women after they began grabbing her daughter’s hair over the item. Police said the South Lyon woman had a valid concealed pistol license and that the gun was loaded, but there was no round in the chamber. Her daughter was being attacked by two people twice her size and the mother's size. Someone was even trying to intervene and they still persisted on attacking. You think they would have stopped if this frail ass lady started throwing hands? This is a fair fucking next and the courts will agree. A lot in here didn't even bother watching the video. It wasn't "over school supplies." It was to stop two people from felonious assaulting her daughter "over school supplies." And she escalated the situation by pulling out a gun which made a situation that was not life threatening into a life or death scenario. Guess she has a CCW but doesn't carry with one in the chamber, and if the other party saw her pull a gun, and they are also carrying, they can start blasting away as it's now a lethal encounter. She'll be sitting there with her gun that doesn't shoot. It's freaking Walmart with dozens of bystanders, dozens of witnesses and hair pulling, there's not going to be any neck snapping, hidden shanks, or MMA moves that will cause brain damage.
