Phycology and therapy can be received from the internet anyway, being physically active, even if its not gym, just go to the local park, is the best 'therapy'. There is nothing or almost nothing going into it in terms of money. Besides, I live in the middle of nowhere . There is no park, and heck, we don't even have a movie theater. I feel this faith in humanity makes it a lil easier to get out of bed in the morning. At the same time though I have this weird paranoia strangers that approach are gonna stab me or something >_>. But I still always hear them out and try to help if they need something. Recently had a girl crying her eyes out approach me at 4:30 in the morning and spent half an hour trying to help her.
