I think about stuff like Thomas Was Alone, Wallstreet Kid, Peggle... but un-sarcastically, games like Shadowrun "have" combat, but it's not the focus of the game. Also the Shadowrun adventures

oh... I played one once... not sure if I'll be able to find it... it was like a metroidvania but just exploring various colorful environments. it's possible it had more combat than I remember, but I think it was basically just walking around figuring out how to go new places.

it was a long time ago and might have been a flash game so I might never find out what it was.
