The leader of humanity is black in the Matrix so no.

Who are you calling the leader of humanity? I was pretty sure the highest ranking officials we see were that council or whatever in the later two films and I didn't really think they had a le s der unless it's that one white guy who talks to Neo about how humans and machines need each other.

You might be right. kinda blacked out on half the plot of the later movies because they were so bland.

I just remember Laurence Fishburne being the guy who makes the dramatic rallying speaches during the sex party rave.

But now you mentioned it I remember him in rags talking "The council" so yeah I guess he was just middle managment
