This is it. No more ties. We WILL have a winner. This is going to be a standard singles match. However, in the event of a tie the first person to have gotten to their total points will win.

Therefore, if this match ends in a 5 - 5 tie. The first person who go to 5 will be the winner.

I understand that this is a risk! However, when I didn't vote and lost the titles with my former partner, XIII, I gave us a chance to get the titles back. The same will go here for Tom!

Wigs had a good reign as LW champion and even though our LW title match was star-studded with Boko in the mix. Let's see if Wigs can win his title back against XIII.

Strife asked me earlier why I won't just give up, and the truth is, I can't, not now.

You see, as I rose to the top, I had dreams, goals in which I foreseen myself reaching: multiple time champion, record-breaker, Epopmania main-eventer. All things, that, given time, I seen myself achieving.

But time isn't a luxury for me, or anyone else here anymore, is it? I don't have time to achieve all my goals, but I do have enough time to continue the story I've written for myself as Undisputed Champion.

I can't give up now, not if I want a happy ending.

Strife v. David. For the Undisputed Title. For the third, and final time. We've been through this before.

I told you I'd be ready next time, and I am. I won't have victory snatched away at the last moment because of my own mental state, or because anyone plans to deny me it, Strife included.

I have proven time and time again that I am ZeroSignal's superior. I have proven time and time again that I find ways to win in MELEE situations. I have proven time and time again that I am the greatest champion in the history of the UCA.

I lost my concentration. Simple as that. I had nothing left to prove, and ZeroSignal wanted it more. But I'm content. I don't need gold around my waist or over my shoulder. I'm comfortable with the legacy that I've secured when the UCA comes to a close. All I want now is to have fun and put on a great show for these terrific fans.

So, ZeroSignal, you know I respect you. Enjoy the MELEE MAYHEM title. Maybe our paths will cross again. Maybe soon, maybe farther down the line. But whatever comes next, I will not lose my concentration again. This was a bit of a wakeup call. Whether or not I go for gold again before the doors close, I will not stumble to the finish line. I owe the UCA that much at least.
