I like having the IDPs. It makes things a little different. I don't think they necessarily add much to the league, but they're interesting.

Goff will be surprisingly good fantasy wise. The rams offense has some weapons tbh. Oline should be ok too. I'm in a 2QB league with Brees/Roethlisberger (2QB leagues suck in 12 team leagues, not enough starters for each team to have a bye backup), but I got Goff as my 3rd.

I have Brady and James white. My opponent has Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce.

Not regretting benching White, although that bomb to Hill was painful to watch. Outside of that play I felt like I was doing fine despite Brady not doing much.

my week 1 opponent tried to get cute. Picked up Vinatieri after I dropped him (due to luck being out)

I'm now ahead by 4 with his team being done and all I have left is a kicker. Guess I'll just drop him...

...also I dropped the Titans D just to pick up the Rams to oppose the Colts.

The opponent is a perennial winner in our league, too. Feels good.

My week started great, with Hunt and Gillislee. Roethlisberger and Nelson had solid games, as did Seattle defense. After that a bunch of 5pt-ish outings. Still got Brees tomorrow though (euu 2QB leagues) so I think ill win

Some notes

-Mariota was someone who I picked up middle of last year and brought me to the playoffs so i drafted him on the basis that I like drafting young quarterbacks instead of established quarterbacks and having weaknesses in the skill positions, RB/WR (Luck and Newton on their breakout years were drafts by me, and the only miss was Bortles last year >_>) so I drafted him. He's pretty good still!

-Hopkins looks a lot better, especially now that Watson is starting. I expect him to throw to him a ton. Dez should do better cause Jenkins is just crazy good. Cobb though, impressed me big time. Seems to be back to his old form after the injuries in the last few years, and he has a great QB throwing to him.

-RB... this postion is still iffy even if I have 3 starters and 1 who very well could be. Gordon looks impressive so far and he's playing, but the other 3... eh. Gore is old and the Colts offense is bad without Luck, and Powell is just on a bad offense. Mixon, on the other hand? Extremely disappointing first outing, hopefully he'll get back on track otherwise I may have to look for RBs in waivers.

-TE: Both of my TEs did pretty good! Ertz is an old reliable target for Wentz when his receiving corps is completely overhauled, and Fleener has Drew Brees throwing to him in a TE spot that usually does pretty well. Should be exciting to see what happens.

QBs for me, I like to take QBs that I believe are underrated by fans. Last year I grabbed Derek Carr because he was getting a stronger OLine and rapport with his receivers, and Dak Prescott since Romo was out with injury.

WHO'S LAUGHING NOW, YAHOO. They're why I took 3rd, pretty much.

This year... well, Jared Goff had a good game so we'll see if I'm right about Winston > Ryan and Goff being underrated.

RB... Well, I'll be trying over the season to take a peek on a backup RB now that I'm relying on a few weeks of Jizz Rodgers and Woodhead being healthy. Also have to hope it was just a bad week for DeMarco :(

WR... Bad week for them. Tough secondary for Palmer and thus John Brown didn't see much action, but with Fitz struggling Brown's gotta carry them more. Amari's doing good like usual and I'll have to sit Bryant until Ben starts finding a place for him.

TE: LOL RIP GREG OLSON :(

Though I got some good news out of defensive players. Two players with 10+ points in Earl Thomas and TJ Watt, ah yeah. Go mah Defensive RotY!

QB: My back-up (Wentz) played better, but 15 points from Cam's okay for now.
RB: Fournette was good. Riddick was okay. Perkins and Duke Johnson were pretty bad.
WR: absolute dumpster fire this week, considering the quality I have at the position.
TE: Reed was disappointing. Meanwhile Witten would have added 9 points.
Other: My kicker got injured? Bleh. Whatever. DST brought in 22. IDPs were mediocre at best.

Hello fantasy football people I have a question for you

I'm trying to figure out what RBs to play this week (PPR league). my selection isn't great.

Leonard Fournette
Jonathan Stewart
Frank Gore
Duke Johnson Jr.
Kerwynn Williams

I'm definitely playing Fournette as RB1, but unsure about RB2. Is Williams worth taking a risk on? I kinda wanted to wait a week or two to see what kind of workload he ends up getting before slotting him in.

Colts O just sucks. Don't expect much on the road against Arizona.

Johnson has shown no promise this season and is against the Ravens D and probably won't do anything.

Cards RB situation is a total unknown. Probably not worth starting any of them until we see what they do with it.

This is looking very much like a week I could coach myself out of a win. Do I play OBJ or not? Do I leave Perkins in the line-up or replace him with Riddick, who performed much better in week 1? If I sit OBJ, who do I run instead? With Cam having an off week last week, do I trust Carson Wentz instead?

Ugh, it's tough not to make knee jerk reactions in week 2 in general, but I bet you I lose this week while leaving the differential on my bench.

Green Bay is a favorite for going to the Super Bowl this year and their defense is fire, but Baltimore also pretty strong. However, Baltimore had a great game against the most broken offense in the NFL... maybe they won't be ready for the well-oiled mastery of Deshone Kizer?
