When did I say it was unique to trans people, Zeus? I implied that, because gender identity is more important to trans people than cis people, those who would react to someone being misgendered, trans- and cis- alike, would react more strongly and vocally to someone misgendering a trans person than they would to someone misgendering a cis person.

Prove it scientifically that it's not a mental condition and we can talk. People believe lots of things deep down to their core, doesn't make it true. People think the earth is flat and despite all the proof in the world they still believe it. So once science can prove that such a thing as a person knowing they are a different gender rather than it being some sort of mental/emotional issue then we can talk about it. Otherwise it's literally just in their head and no amount of drugs/surgery will change that.

I call ladies, guys all the time. I call couples (man and a wife) guys as in "You guys should come over, I'm making lasagna!!). I probably have even called a group of chicks, guys before....something like "Wow, you guys are downing those margaritas!!.

As far as calling a guy a chick, well, it certainly wouldn't upset some guys. I don't know if I would take offense myself, but I guess it would depend on the tone and if the person saying it thought it was demeaning etc.

Guy, Girl, on the internet it's all the same to me, and for the most part in real life as well. I can't see well enough to really tell the difference anymore to be honest (thought the voices usually give them away.)
