I barely remember any conservation with anyone or even the look of my teacher's face. I just remember a few scenes. What about you guys?

I have about three memories. One of a birthday party where I had sausages, one of falling off a slide and one of seeing my parents coMing to collect me.

Not much. Just the room in general and having a test on writing the numbers from 1 to 100. I barely remember my teacher or my friends.

I remember a prize box and collecting prize from it
also remember incubating some chickens or something

I remember the first day, when I accidentally went to the wrong class and they didn't realize it until like an hour later. I remember that our class had a pet gerbil and it got out of its cage once. I remember the names of my best friends in the class. I remember the war between the boys and the girls because we thought the girls had cooties and didn't want to catch it. I remember a really annoying girl who I didn't like that had a big crush on me. And I remember one day when one of my friends dared me to throw her teddy bear in the garbage and I did it lol.

I can recall 90% of the layout and what toys we had

I remember during recess I would always climb to the top of the slide (which was kinda big for kindergaten) and try to recreate scenes as if I was McGyver

Also the tv room where we would watch movies and nap. I can also remember some of the snacks we had

I remember my first crush teaching me how to make an 8 in play dough. I was a mad lad who made two circles before.

No but I remember something from grade 1

I was sick for a few days and my mom went and got my homework
It was a math booklet and the first page the teacher wrote do on it

So I spent the entire weekend working on it and completed the entire math book
My.mom checked to see if my answers were right and they were. I was so proud of myself
I went to school Monday and handed it in

Only for the teacher to get mad at me and say I was only supposed to do the first page

She then took achoolt eraser and erased all my work

All I remember is my teacher suggesting to my parents that I was autistic because I was bad at coloring.

I remember this big circle with numbers in the middle of the floor, never being able to sleep during naptime, and the teacher was named Mrs. Cecere. She would write students' names on the chalkboard and put checks next to them when they misbehaved. Supposedly I liked to write Mrs. Cecere's name on the board and put like a dozen checks next to it for no real reason.

It's so fucked up how elementary school teachers all over the USA are seemingly pushing parents into thinking their kids have some kind of disorder for normal behaviors... and a lot of parents are falling for it and pumping their kids full of all kinds of pharmaceuticals as a result.

All I remember is a song they made us sing on the first day. I have no idea why but I remember every word >_>

I can picture several large segments of the classroom, but I have a hard time putting them together to form the whole room in my mind. I think I may have forgotten some parts of it.

I do remember the computer that was there. It had some game on it that we would sometimes play before class started. The game was like a board game where two players (or one against the computer) took turns rolling a die to determine how many spaces their piece would move. The first player to reach the end won. I can't remember if there were obstacles or hazards.

I can picture my teacher as well as the teacher for the other Kindergarten class. Our two classrooms did a lot together. One student from the other class, Michelle, became good friends with me. We were also in first, second, and third grade together.

I can picture the playground. There was a tricycle course around the outdoor play set and jungle gym.

My mom, sister, and I would walk to my class every morning and walk back afterward. My mom would push my sister in a jogging stroller.

I think that's the gist of what I remember. There are probably some other things that I can't think of right now. Overall, through, I feel like I remember quite a bit.

Mostly just random "scenes" I guess. This was way back in 1995. I remember:

Getting dropped off by my mom on the first day. Met a kid with the same t-shirt as me right away.

Sitting away from the group on the first day at snack/lunch time and some kids inviting me to go to their table

The bus ride home on the first day. The next day my mom started picking me up due to how far I had to walk from the bus stop to the house

My teacher's name and face

Hanging out with one of my friends that would stay my friend pretty much all throughout elementary

Talking about Sonic while playing some hopscotch game at recess (I think we were pretending to the be the various characters like Sonic, Knuckles etc)

Some random cutting/coloring activity

Playing with some robot toys that were like transformers with their non-robot forms being letters of the alphabet

Starting to learn to read out of these beginner reader books (not sure if this was kindergarten or first. Pretty sure it was kindergarten)

Having to do some embarrassing activity (to me at the time) where you had to go up in front of the class and say which opposite sex classmate you'd be married to in the future, and how your life would be like etc. Have no idea why they'd subject us to this.

Some girl in my class always telling me really weird over the top stories of scary stuff that """happened"""" at her house

Having to do some exercise where we had to recite who the President was (Bill Clinton) for some reason. We were doing it as a class

Some random day where I was sitting in the classroom while it rained outside. No idea why this stuck in my mind

That's pretty much it. I feel like I may remember more than most.

I can recall Kindergarten probably just as well as I can recall High School, if not better (probably because I hated high school).

I went to Kindergarten in a different school (and town) than I did for the rest of elementary school. I still remember my teacher's name, the exact address of where I lived at the time, and I actually looked up tge name of that school a few months ago.

I remember:

- Grill cheese pita pockets.
- Cafeteria downstairs with a giant mural on the wall.
- I had my main teacher who was a bitch and the aide who was nicer.
- I remember having nap time and where I would lay down when we did that.
- I remember having a friend I still have minor connections with in that class.
- I remember the room was big and had like..... library bookshelves around the parameter.


Kind of all I can remember.

Yea I have alot of memories from that time 21 years ago for me, my mom would help the teachers with the kids back then.

I remember my teacher's name, some basic daily procedures, that damn thin paper that would tear into shreds if you touched an eraser to it, using these big fat pencils before graduating to the normal ones, the vague layout of the classroom, nap time, getting a swiss cake roll from the teacher on my birthday, the teacher yelling at this one girl for not eating hers on her birthday, getting into trouble for whispering, tie-dying stuff once, taking a test that involved gallopping in place (presumably testing vocabulary?), bringing my Dragonzord action figure to show and tell, having special hand signs for restroom and water, making "witch hands" out of popcorn and candy corn on Halloween, the other kids pausing after every word when reading aloud, learning to write and do basic arithmetic, doing the damn chicken dance in PE (holy crap did I hate the chicken dance), getting in a fight on the bus and having to write sentences, having a shuttle bus from the elementary school to the kindergarten, having a tornado warning and executing the procedure in the hallway, learning I had a talent for opening my eyes bigger than other people/kids could, missing the shuttle bus to the elementary school and having to ride with the teacher, the yearbook saying 1994, realizing that some of the kids were 6 when I was only 5, having my friend (the same kid I fought on the bus, lol) get his K'nex confiscated as soon as he pulled them out on the bus, getting in trouble for calling this girl a pig in reference to the Lion King (and later realizing I misquoted the line), first realizing I had floaters but not knowing what they were, the playground, seeing an awful lot of cat litter on the floor covering up vomit and thinking that some kids actually puked up cat litter, being told gravity was a good thing because it would be hard to read a book if you were floating away, the "other teacher" who our teacher hung out with all the time, the PE coach, aaaaaaaand that's all I can think of right now.

I remember there being nap time and getting scared of a fire drill. I think at that young of an age though, that would not be an uncommon thing to be afraid of.

The only thing I remember was that we had a green eggs and ham night where we ate green eggs and ham. It was kinda gross. I also remember struggling with scissors lmao

I remember it well enough. The name, the cafeteria food, the class room, the library, a few of my classmates, both of my teachers, the day to day flow of our work, and the fact that I had a bit of trouble focusing and had occasional behavioral issues.

It helps that I occasionally run into one of my homeroom professors around town just in the course of running errands.

I remember my teachers name and face. She looked she was in her late 30s- early 40s. She was white with blonde hair and wore glasses. Her name was Ms.Dates

The one thing I will say about my kindergarten is that my teacher, Miss Postma, was basically a dictator nazi of a kindergarten teacher. She was also a generally unintelligent person.

being stopped for running to the playground (lose x amount of minutes)
getting a ride home from my uncle on a motorcycle
the graham crackers (in bag).
everyone had free time and i squirted water in a kids face from a water bottle. got time out for that
(this was during the brief time in california).

I remember that my teacher insisted that when we color that we should move our crayons in little circles instead of side to side. Even as a small child I thought that was incredibly arbitrary even though I didn't know the word "arbitrary" yet.
