Who in particular? They all seem fine to me in this trailer.

EDIT: I guess Gamora's not too good, but Gamora herself is "not too good" so. I wouldn't be sad if she just vanished from the roster anyway.

They all have this weird rhythm to their speech that just feels super unnatural and phoned in. Gamorra is the worst about this (in addition to sounding like her VA is completely uninterested in delivering anything resembling a compelling performance) but every character in the video just sounds stilted and off.

I think it's likely the game got his by the voice actor strike. Either that or they just didn't have the budget. Both are equally likely.

We know REmake 2 is getting hit by it so it's likely other Capcom stuff is. They're not one of the companies directly being struck against but they must be using one of the voiceover studios that is on the strike list.

Nolan North is in it as Rocket (who he previously portrayed in Disney Infinity) but everyone else has never played those characters as far as i know

and they're all awful, just completely awful

Spidey having a level 3 where Green Goblin throws pumpkin bombs in from offscreen (???) is kinda cool in a really bizarre way, kinda reminds me of Spider-Man 3 the way he webs them up and throws them. Hope it doesn't mean Gobby won't be in the game as his own character.

The Mind Stone's basic ability seems to be a hard knockdown. I doubt there's much damage on it if any, just a knockdown to set up a mixup. I really like that, the Mind Stone sets you up for mind games, very on-theme.

So Frank has the tripod to set up a camera shot, but it can also be destroyed. He also has a Servbot rush where he puts on the Servbot hat and runs into someone. His Level 3 is him throwing the other player into a mob of zombies, throwing an explosive football at it, then taking a selfie with a zombie that instantly gives you a 100 XP combo picture (meaning I believe two levels).

Gamora has a combo in the corner that goes on forever, but ultimately nothing else that hasn't been mentioned or seen.

Spidey still has Maximum Spider. He has a ton of Web Swing shenanigans when tagged in (or tagging out). He had another move that escapes me though. I remember seeing him doing something else.

Haggar has a barrel move that blocks attacks and he can also throw it to do damage. But it's unique in that it absorbs a hit and breaks, but it also leaves them open for throws and other shenanigans.

I feel like I saw something new out of Nemesis, but I have to say his Level 3 is by far the most underwhelming. I haven't played RE3, so I don't know exactly what it turns into, but it's some kind of tentacle plant monster with teeth and he kind of eats him but not really?

Edit: Oh, and Mind Gem. It gives you full meter and I can't confirm this, but it seems like it also accelerates how quickly you gain meter while it's activated.

Yeah, it's mostly the effects that were underwhelming. They show the opponent getting grabbed, then the monster, and then a big green splotch, and then it's over. It wasn't very inspired, but maybe they'll do more with it before the game comes out.

Finally got to watch the trailer, and geez, the voice acting DOES suck. Though it's not like any of it before this one has been stellar. I'm glad the gameplay is as awesome as it is, because otherwise this game would be laughably bad.

Actually, she did it without Sougenmu. She kept using that rising sword slash, which apparently can be used multiple times in the air, so she could just juggle you in the corner for a while. Maximillion has some videos of it where the guy playing her who worked for Capcom seemed to just juggle him either until he got bored and wanted to do Spidey stuff or ended with a hyper. I'm sure it has a limit, but it was a lengthy combo for seemingly little effort.

When were Dormammu and Ghost Rider leaked? I don't remember them being in the discussion at all.

Also ouch, that Capcom side if fucking terrible. 3 MMX, 2 SF, 2 RE, 2 G&G, 2 DS, and some random characters. That is not nearly enough series diversity for a roster that small.

They're on MVCI-themed variant covers of some upcoming comics. Same with Firebrand

oh yeah and some datamining in the demo, but I suspect not everything found there related to playable characters
