theawesomestevr 07/23/17 5:45:59 PM #104:	For anyone who missed it, Peyton Manning set the B8NFLL record for highest paser rating in a season this year, and was rewarded with 0 awards for his effort and for some reason was only eligible to win QB of the Year (but lost the vote). I will also reiterate that my votes for him in Offensive Player of the Year and MVP should have counted! And I think we should be allowed to vote for any of the players nominated for any of the listed categories as Offensive POTY, DPOTY, and MVP. I mean I realize there's like 1 or 2 owners who might abuse that to only vote for their players (ones who aren't serious candidates - like a TE for MVP or something), but they won't win those awards anyway, and it won't leave me in a situation where I'm not legally allowed to vote for the Packers DT Jimmy Kennedy for DPotY simply because he's not a LB who's going to naturally end up with 150+ tackles. It would also not leave us in a siutation where Peyton Maning had statisitcally one of the best seasons for a QB in league history, but he's not eligible for anything other than QB of the Year (which he narrowly lost, so maybe he wouldn't have won anything anyway, but I still maintain he should have been an option). <cite>theawesomestevr posted [p:883461262] in Board 8 Na... I think I get what you're saying, but that also implies it's somehow more fair to have 5 arbitrary Madden picks to vote on, and since the list of players I'm suggesting we pick from is also provided by Madden (but a much larger list and far less arbitrary), I think my suggestion is a more fair solution. Oh, and that's in addition to the fact that you already switch out less worthy candidates for more worthy ones in the top-5's, so it's not like we're leaving out anyone that had a legitimate claim to OPOTY, DPOTY, or MVP, anyway. The home team went 11-0 (Dolphins were technically the home team in the SB), and only two games were decided by single digits.
