I can't remember, 8 was a lot of fun, 9 was by far the worst thing in the franchise, and X was fun. Granted, the remake might be the best of them but, since I've only seen it once, meh. FvJ was alright. The biggest downside is teasing a nude Katharine Isabelle and then using a stunt double because Isabelle doesn't do nude scenes. Of the classic series (because I think the reboot was excellent, and FVJ not far behind it), the third movie. Too many iconic moments in it not to nominate it, though it is also very silly (see: not one, but two instances of people leaping off the toilet without wiping or flushing in order to go investigate a noise).

It's also the one that turned Jason into a jumping heart who wants to incest-impregnate his relative so she can give birth to a new body where he can only be killed by a magic knife never previously mentioned. It was the perfect cluster-fuck of stupid, vaguely stealing part of the whole Curse of the Thorn gimmick
