45 parishioners at a Texas Church said it was the GRACE OF GOD who didn't let them die when a Tornado struck their church as they were just STANDING inside and escaped unharmed miraculously destroyed the church around them..

Several tornadoes swept through Arkansas, Missouri and Texas leaving dozens of homes destroyed and 13 dead as the brutal storm ripepd through the states.

The church members are now praising God's work as "not a scratch" was left on anyone when they took shelter in a hallway and STOOD there praying to God when the winds ripped through the church and tore the roof off

They were gathered for a church service honouring high school grads when they were informed to take cover..but instead of leaving they crammed into a hallway when it hit and just stood there and waited it out..

Peyton Low, the director of public affairs said "The tornado was a direct hit. Both ends of the building were blown out. By the grace of God and the protection of Our lady, no one was injured"

Monica Hughes was there and took pictures and said "God is Good. Grateful. So very grateful. House has a tree in it. Boat was tossed. We were at a church with 40+ people. Got everyone in the hallway just as it hit. Church is gone. Only thing left standing is the hallway we were in. Not a scratch on anyone. If this doesn't prove God is real, i don't know what does"

Also, why the heck was the roof torn off in the first place? You'd think God would want to spare the church the property damage, seeing as it is a house of worship for him.

I wouldn't say that for every situation. Sometimes good and bad just happens. GOD doesn't do every single little thing. If he does too much, then people get spoiled, does too little and people complain. Helps someone else and people complain, helps them and they still complain that it wasn't what they wanted. Which is why sometimes GOD just gives you what you need to survive to see the next day. Sometimes he gives ya what you want and sometimes he didn't do anything and you earned it yourself. In fact he wants people to earn things themselves and not rely on him for everything. He will help but not do everything for you. Example for a job, in order to get the job you still have to show up and at least turn in your application. He will do that rest kind of thing.

Making fun of a bad situation is called dark humor. It doesn't mean you lack compassion. It's a coping mechanism for a lot of people.
