Yesssss the fetch quests. Couldn't even IMAGINE if I hadn't already been doing those what a nightmare it would have been.

Beleive it or not, your reward for completing it is that the game gets WORSE. Post orb searching is the lowest the game ever gets.

When you see how they decide to get all their loose ends tied up, you might cry.

I did not finish the Alisha DLC. Got lost in the ruins, said "Eff This" and never returned.

And if you want some hilarity, the anime is also struggling to wrap things up. They spent a wee too much time showcasing Alisha and Rose that they only have about four episodes to cover the last third of the game.

I just finished Berseria and it kind of makes me want to finish Zestiria, but then I remember how bad it is. Life is hard.

Zestiria has a really awesome 20 minutes near the end involving 1 boss fight and a long cutscene. That's...about it.

Not yet but it's a stone cold lock that it will get one. They're not breaking the trend here, especially not with how warmly it's been received. Presumably it'd be Ufo, but we'll know for sure once ToZX wraps up.

beat some dragon in a pretty cool scene

watched a long cutscene of lailah and rose basically telling me everything that the characters are feeling

it wasn't nuanced at all but seeing the characters interact like that was actually pretty neat.

one thing this game does better than most other jrpgs is give you a sense of actual camaraderie, what with scenes like this, the skits, and even the random post-battle win quotes

also i got alisha in my party for a second and holy balls she's ass to play as compared to rose

and maltran was stupid f***ing hard

Berseria was a lower budget game made with far less confidence and Polish and it still turned out so much better. Teal inteteresting to think about what it would have been like if they'd put all their weight behind it.

Yeah that's the big half hour spike back up in quality immediately following the total GIVE UP MODE the previous 5 hours had been. Great music, good direction, a real strong moment that accentuates just what could have been without the rewrites.

Alicia seems real cool and flashy for a few fights and then you realize how clunky she is.
