He used to play Storm way back when he made his debut. Viscant even commented that as soon as he chucked Storm he was gonna be a serious threat. I guess he felt he needed his old standby?

It was delayed by a half hour, then we got teased with casuals for forty minutes, and it STILL delivered. It was so hype it broke 19k viewers at times, something absolutely unheard of for non-major streams and IIRC, the highest stream count of the year for fighting games period. Marvel hype is just unbeatable!

there is literally zero percent chance a Mortal Kombat stream OR an MLG fighting game event had that many viewers

when you combine the two I think it goes into negative percents
