It's hard to remember how the character was written with so many different versions of Alice in my mind including the book, movies and video games. But I think I'd be leaning towards no anyways. In all but the recent Tim Burton abomination I think he's been a little too crazy for me to like as a character. I mean the charm of Wonderland is that everyone is a little off their rocker, but I remember the Hatter actually making me uncomfortable with how crazy he was.

Hmm... Well I'm indifferent to the original, and the only other one I know is the one from Once Upon a Time, whom I like... I'm not sure he really counts, though, since it's not Alice in Wonderland.

If non-Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter counts, then yes.
