And got throttled because top was 5th pick and picked Rammus who was completely awful. Mid was a Fizz who wasn't great either. Oh, and our Jungle DC'd twice.

Rewarded my first ranked win with a Blitzcrank purchase just because I figure I need a support I enjoy playing.


And man was it fun. Played a normal game as him obviously before I use him in real games and killed 3 people due to my grabs. So good.


Have a feeling he will be pretty OP against low elo people if I can aim my grabs well

He's OP against people who don't have experience against him and low elo, but also OP against Sona lanes, Soraka lanes, Ashe lanes, Teemo lanes, and Kog lanes. Watch out for other kill lanes (or Alistar in general), since they have basically the same goal as you, but with less cooldowns. Once you get a feel for how far the grab goes, learn to smartcast it if you don't already, because you will miss so many opportunities if you hesitate. Seeing the arrow will make you think twice about the grab whether you want to or not.

edit: also try not to pick Blitz to pair with Ashe or Kog. They can work but it's just not as effective and more risky. Blitz/Teemo works well enough though. Tell your AD to just follow through with you if you make a grab - if you're not on the same page then everything will fall apart.

Riot is paying attention. Good for them.

Urgot building 1 damage item and then straight tank so he could purposely swap himself into teams is getting old. That dude can out damage carrys with a Brutalizer.

Nautilus nerfs had to come. His transition is too strong. His initial clear is slow but once W gets level 2 you basically take no damage and clear super fast. If your W is up enemy Junglers just can't fight you unless they're Mundo or Udyr.

I've been there dude, once had a Kennen who rarely caught more than one person in an ult, and usually caught no one, it was like he was playing with his eyes closed

It's not even that he used it poorly, it's that he never used it because he was playing Kennen like he was effin' Xerath, sitting back and poking, never covering our Hecarim and Shen when they went in. I'd honestly say that he and our Soraka pretty much lost us the game, but I did learn that AD carry is probably my worst role.

I always seem to be behind in farm even when my lane opponent has been all over the map. I guess it didn't help that Nautilus pretty much sat on our lane and absolutely nobody cared enough to capitalize/help.

AD is basically just lots of micro, and it's harder because if you jungle you're on autopilot for awhile, top and mid usually have AoE to assist farming, so AD is harder. Only way to get better is practice. Or change your runes, flat AD helps with last hitting.

The best way to ensure a lead in CS is to have a support who can shield/heal minions. The resulting anger interferes with most people's ability to farm :D

Good supports win bottom lane. I can carry bottom lane with taric by stun shattering the enemy carry every time he tries to last hit the backrow caster minions. Or by getting the enemy support to waste cooldowns on me.

I love blitz grabbing me and pullin me closer to their carry. Then I stun shatter them and blitz can't stop us from pounding them.

Carrys win games, supports win lanes.

Initial Swain impressions: Need to be careful early on, but once I hit 6 and have catalyst/chalice (going into RoA/Grail), wonderful things happen.

"snow white" sucked and looked much worse then the evil witch who could only be killed by the "fairest" of them all. Hemsworth was awesome as the Huntsmen though. IMO the best part of the movie was when "snow white" "died"(she got better) . They should have kept her dead and had the huntsmen and William lead the people to victory

I always assumed that you could only fight 5 man premades if you were a 5-man premade yourself. I can tell you by experience that the queue timer for a 5-man dom game is way longer than if you had a 4-man team.

Nah you can get a Duo+Triple as a 5 man premade if they are all rated better then your team.

At least a few months ago, in normal games, you could play a premade without your side being a premade. Unless people have been BSing me I've seen a 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 vs a 5 man. It was an offhand comment while we were pretty decisively beating the 5-man, so I dunno why they'd lie. I personally think the matchmaker overestimates the impact of a 5-man at lower levels because I honestly don't think I've won a premade I was on unless I carried it HARD (meaning I was at a much higher skill level than everyone else). Like 7-0 in on every kill we made first time jungle Riven hard.
