Hmm... most recent is Radiant Historia. Love the last line (If you choose the correct option. you know the one). And on that note, Trails in the Sky for VERY different reasons. Ghost Trick's was neat as well.

Recently replayed the Heroes of Might and Magic series, so Tarnum's story's ending if that counts.
