I live in New England and I have my heat vent blocked and both windows open (a window fan in one of them). I do have a comforter though (I can't sleep without covers). Average room temp in winter is 50-60 degrees.

Well...on the one hand yes: wearing a bra 24-hours a day has a stronger correlation with breast cancer than smoking has with lung cancer.

On the other hand, you probably know if you're at-risk of breast cancer based on family health history. So...only some people need to be exceptionally careful of this kind of thing. And there are other ways to mitigate risk (for instance: don't wear bras with underwire. If your bra is leaving red marks, get fitted for a better bra. Etc).

For what it's worth, doctors generally don't recommend sleeping in panties, either, if you can avoid it. The skin in that region needs to breathe from time to time. So...if you're going to attack one of these practices, you might as well attack both.

Just my underwear. I'm a cold natured person so I can get hot easily. I would totally go rebel in the nude if I had my own place though. If I'm staying over somewhere I have enough decency to sleep with more on.

Depends on the temperature. I am not a very sound sleeper at all and will occasionally get dressed or totally strip to fall asleep.
