| Topic | Bg3 - did i fuck up with Nere and the Duergars? *spoilers* |

Essentially, I get to this place and there's a bunch of nasty little assholes keeping gnome slaves. Im supposed to care about some guy called Nere who's trapped in a cave and I have to save him. I open up the cave and it turns out Nere is the biggest asshole of them all. So killed them all except the gnome slaves. The weird dissonance im getting though is it feels like the game wants me to care about Nere or xare about the Duergars. Wtf is going on? They're a bunch of slavers! Theyre killing gnomes for sport!
