Disagree. If she puts Kat up, Mickey goes out this week. That's why she didn't. She knew the house was so against that idea because of the usurper power, and she didn't want to jeopardize her game. Literally everyone who isn't Morgan and Rachel (and maybe Ashley?) would have put Mickey and Morgan up this week if she had done that. The absolute worst thing you can do as HoH is make yourself the next target, and that's why Mickey got creative. She just chose someone who she had the wrong read on, a wrong read that's completely understandable due to her not being told important information. Jimmy didn't entrust her with the truth and she found out secondhand that he was making deals she didn't know about.

If you watch the feeds, the move makes more sense. She ruled Kat out fairly quickly because she didn't want to become the house target. She wanted to make new allies and put up somebody who had damaged her trust. From her perspective, it makes sense. It's just that she's being played and it's also her fault she was in such a pickle regardless of who she put up.
