Topic	Why can't streaming services have option for subs WITHOUT CC?

The dialogue and fx, music etc. is so inconsistent in everything nowadays so I would like to have subtitles for dialogue but these streaming services like Netflix only have subtitles with closed captioning and that ruins the experience. Why not just have subtitles for dialogue? People who want subs aren't necessarily deaf. DVDs and Blu-ray always had an option for subs without cc. --- ~Nintendo 64. Get N or Get out.
