Plasman: An entire vocal rock song is NOT something I realized this had in its wheelhouse. Super powerful and with its own unique charm, kinda messed up to be starting with this. The scream I'll admit jumpscared me, but not the first song I've liked with a completely random scream in it. Ironically this gives me big Neural Divergence vibes, a 2024 song I plan on nominating for this upcoming VGMC. Would love to see both there! And yes, I do mean I'd support this.
KCF: Not my pick of song from this game, but it has its moments

Fluttershy: First Listen: Beautiful and emotional while masterfully blending multiple languages together, this song is a true standout and I love it. [Second Listen: This song is actually making me tempted to buy the game and I know nothing about Nine Sols. Very, very impressive. I would not be surprised if this wound up being my absolute favorite song in the contest.] (97/100)
uf8: I feel like the rest of the taiwanese gaming scene has really stepped up since Red Candle Games put themselves on the map. Which I guess you can tell is code for "i expected more from this song, since i haven't really followed them since Detention, and there's a lot of other songs from taiwanese games in the last couple of years that I'd rather see in the contest than this". Which is unfortunate. It's fine, just not really my thing, and there's definitely other songs even similar to this one which I like a lot more too. 6.4/10
rwlh: [8] cool song, I like how the singer shifts tone along with the music; that growl at 2:45 always makes me sit up and pay attention
dowofl: Immediately (well, once the song starts in earnest) it reminds me of Homestuck. I did not expect lyrics! What language is this? Mandarin? The singer's voice is beautiful, whatever she's working in. The piano in the background is killing it. The taps after the first chorus are so ominous and then screamo? I was not expecting that in something so chill but somehow it works. The ending doesn't feel great to me, I would've loved something a bit more capstonic, but still, I loved the song overal
