FL81: Very unique choice of instruments here. Surprised to see this is a PS2 game, this style seems more PS1 or '90s arcade.
maple_violet: interesting instruments, unfortunately I find listening to them mostly disorienting
JONA: Used this on a list before and still love it.
Fluttershy: First Listen: Not bad, though not great either. It feels slightly abnormal, but not in ways that get me excited & while I enjoy the bass towards the end, I don't think I ever feel anything stronger than "this is nice". [Second Listen: The high-pitched notes that open the song are rather off-putting and the song is a bit too reliant on whatever that instrument is for my tastes. The song does transition to... something later, but it's so far removed from conventionality that I'm not getting any specific vibes. And while I do like some highly off-kilter music, this doesn't feel bizarre enough to make my ears perk up. It's just a progression of "well, this is unpleasant", "weird, but not bad", and "that's some fairly nice bass, I suppose".] (53.5/100)
uf8: It's kind of surprising how often I've seen this game come up here in recent times. I still haven't even checked who did the soudtrack, but I suppose it doesn't really matter since I do like it. 7.25/10
Johnbobb: this is that very particular kind of cartoony edgy blend that is both unpleasant to listen to but also makes everything you listen after also sound worse. it's weirdly nostalgic to a very specific era and style
dowolf: I like the slinky echo. I just noticed the name of the game lol. I don't know what I just listened to, but I love it and I think I'm going to slink off and play the game tonight? Just an incredibly cool "factory"-esque tune. UPDATE: holy moly this game is crap.
