yes he can use ki to make an energy shield that should be able to stop bullets but he is again not Superman

I think the community has tried to paint Goku as better than Superman too much they really deluded themselves on what actually goes on in the actual pages of this mythos

I dont read Superman, so I dont know what he is capable of doin. Im just going off of what Goku has done in the past. He is exponentially stronger than someone who can blow up a planet at this point. His weaker forms are stronger than gods.

Going back to the 21st Budokai, Goku was able to move at speeds that most could not see. When he first arrived on Namek, he was too fast to be tracked by people who could warp the planet with a mouth blast. I dont think it is beyond expectations that he could move faster than grunts who rely on guns and tanks.
