I started watching the Netflix Marvel stuff so I can be caught up before Daredevil.

Daredevil season 1 was amazing and as good as a season 1 gets

Jessica Jones s1 was solid but a little too padded

Daredevil s2 was a worthy follow up season but not as good as one. The punisher stuff was great. The hand and Elektra stuff was bad.

Due to timing. I have decided to just watch the Daredevil stuff for now so I skipped Luke Cage and Iron Fist (Iron fist had bad reception so it was skipped regardless)

Anyways the Defenders was quite mediocre. It continues the Elektra/Hand stuff and that was the worst part of Daredevil s2.

Matt essentially is the worst we see of him. He's in full Elektra simp mode and reluctant hero mode.

Luke Cage feels de-powered. There should be no world in where Elektra can hurt him and she kicks his ass multiple times.

Jessica Jones was pretty consistent to her season 1. She gets no issues from me

I don't know what Iron Fist was like in his show but he was fine here. I didn't mind him. The highlight of the show was him walking into the Hand's room and fighting all of them.

The action was mediocre. It didn't have the Daredevil choreography. It felt like everyone was punching the air all the time. Sigourney went out in an underwhelming fashion.

This was not the Avengers show we needed. O well

For now I will be watching the punisher s1, daredevil s3 and punisher s2. Maybe down the road can come back for Luke Cage and Jessica Jones
